At Rapture Studio, food is really important to us. But since we're a graphic design and web design company, that isn't really relevant. We are a full-service graphic design and web design company based in Pasadena, California, in the almost always sunny Los Angeles area. So we're close enough to LaLa Land to have our heads in the clouds, but outside enough to be somewhat rooted in reality (assuming Pasadena is rooted in reality). We think this makes for a great blend of creativity, functionality, and purpose.
We got our start designing for corporate powerhouses like McKinsey & Company, Kayne Anderson, and Mellon Bank. This was a really great start because unlike many designers, we learned the definition of service, dependability, uniqueness, and the importance of results. We don't believe in design for design's sake. Good design blends purpose and creativity. There's a reason Vegas casinos spend millions on the color and design of their casinos. It pays off.
The more we learned, the more we understood we could add real value to the graphic design and web design industry. In 2002, we quit our very secure, great paying jobs to start our very own graphic design and web design company. We can help you to be seen and heard in the marketplace.
